Q: How can I learn to use the new site? What resources are available?

A: Our website offers many new features we encourage you to explore.

The website features an online store where educators, homeschoolers and parents can easily search for needed resources, access customer support, get sales quotes on orders, securely purchase resources using a credit card on our site and receive delivery through UTP or choose to download the UTP order form and fax or email it to JUMP Math Sales or UTP. 

Our blog features education news, tips and support for teachers and parents and stories about JUMP Math’s charitable work which are posted regularly.

Explore our Resource Centre where you’ll find a variety of free resources for educators, homeschoolers and parents, depending on the types of materials you’re seeking. Simply create a password protected personal account and login regularly to access your account history of all purchases or free resource downloads. 

How do I find the Member Portal?

The JUMP Math Member Portal has been renamed, ‘Resource Centre’, which you can access by clicking the “login” button in the top right-hand corner of any page of our website. With newly enhanced search capabilities to make it easy for you to quickly find the resources you need, the Centre hosts a variety of teacher resources and professional learning tools, as well as resources for homeschoolers and parents.

How do I access the Resource Centre?

A: You can access the Resource Centre by clicking the “login” button in the top-right corner of any page on our website. Once there, you’ll be prompted to either login to the Resource Centre, or, for first-time visitors, to ‘Create a New Account’, selecting whether you are an Educator, Parent, or Homeschooler. Once registered or logged in, you will automatically be navigated to the Resource Centre homepage.

Why can’t I login to my account?

If this is your first time logging into the new JUMP Math website, click the ‘login’ button in the right-hand corner of the page and ‘create a new account’. You will not be able to simply log-in using your existing account from the old website. First time users must first create a new account to ensure the privacy and security of your personal account information. How do I access login if I’ve lost my password?

A: Not to worry, you can simply click the link to “forgot my password” and an email will be sent to you to reset it. Don’t forget to save your unique login information somewhere secure for the next time you want to login. 

Can I use my existing login information from the old JUMP Math website to login to the Resource Centre on the new website?

A: No, your account from the old site will not be transferred over. To access our resources on our new website, you must register a new account. However, you can use whatever email and password you would like to register for the Resource Centre.

How do I purchase items on the website online store?

A: It’s easy, simply click the “Order” menu item at the top of the website and use the filter to select the product type, grade, language and region for which you wish to see products listed. Then, click on the item you wish to purchase and follow the prompts to go to your shopping cart to complete the purchase or get a quote for the cost of the items you have selected for purchase. 

Where do I find professional learning resources?

A: You can find a variety of professional learning resources, including pre-recorded and live and webinars, as well as other events from JUMP Math on the Professional Learning section of the “Educators” page. You can also access our Educator Support Team (Outreach Managers) to help you plan more customized professional learning opportunities for your team or just get support on any of your questions about our resources.
